Staying Upright, time & energy

If you have problems with your back, hips, shoulders, neck or any other part of your skeleton including your feet, almost certainly this is postural.

Bad furniture is as bad for you is as bad food. Most aches and pains come from lack of exercise, too much sitting down and falling asleep on the sofa.

Why should the above be better the below picture?

If you spend most of your day sitting at a desk, lying on the sofa you are damaging your body. Bodies need movement.

The body depends upon movement to keep it fluid, flexible and to provide the energy we need for a good life. Energy is money. If you have enough energy,  you can accomplish the impossible – every day of your life.

Energy is time, and time is money. More energy, work faster and be more efficient. With energy, you accomplish the impossible – every day of your life.
